Government of Liberia – Education Reform & Strategic Advisory
I advised Liberia’s Ministry of Education during a pivotal period of education reform, helping leaders translate national priorities into actionable strategies. My work spanned policy development, donor coordination, budget management, and the design, implementation, and evaluation of large-scale programs — including the Partnership Schools for Liberia initiative. I partnered with government officials, donors, and local stakeholders to align resources, strengthen systems, and deliver improvements in access, accountability, and learning outcomes across the country.
Promethean – Classroom Technology Innovation
At Promethean, I helped shape the next generation of classroom technology across hardware, software, and platform products. I led the organization’s identity and personalization strategy, applying technical product management skills to create more seamless and responsive learning experiences. My work connected pedagogical goals with engineering feasibility, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that elevated teaching, engagement, and digital readiness in classrooms worldwide.
Pearson – Virtual Schooling & Global Remote Learning
At Pearson, I contributed to building a full-service virtual schooling platform — integrating SIS, LMS, curriculum, assessments, and supporting services into a cohesive learner experience. During the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, I supported pilots and deployments that reached hundreds of thousands of students, ensuring continuity of learning at an unprecedented scale. My role combined product strategy, rapid problem-solving, and operational coordination to help schools navigate one of the most challenging transitions in modern education
Digital Language Solutions – Product Strategy, M&A Integration & Partnerships
Across roles at Livemocha and Rosetta Stone, I led product initiatives at the intersection of language learning, platform technology, and global partnerships. I played a key role in navigating a major acquisition, strategically integrating legacy products, customers, and business models into a unified portfolio. I also supported product delivery for high-profile partnerships with Google, Microsoft Xbox, the Gates Foundation, and enterprise clients — ensuring that solutions met diverse user needs while advancing long-term business goals.
WASH Frameworks in India –
Evidence-Based Infrastructure Strategy
I partnered with a consulting agency in Tamil Nadu on a year-long engagement to develop an evidence-based decision-making framework for municipal leaders investing in WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) infrastructure. My work combined on-the-ground field research — including interviews, community consultations, and site visits across the Chennai region — with policy analysis and systems design. The resulting framework helped local governments prioritize investments, improve service delivery, and advance more equitable access to essential infrastructure.
UN Women – Research & Policy Insight
At UN Women, I conducted research and contributed country reports to the organization’s global database on Women’s Political Participation across East and Southern Africa. My work provided evidence and analysis to inform programming, advocacy, and policy decisions focused on representation, gender equity, and governance. This experience strengthened my analytical skills and reinforced my commitment to inclusive, data-informed approaches to development.
Education in Bosnia & Herzegovina – Teaching, Research & Curriculum Advisory
As a Fulbright Scholar in Bosnia and Herzegovina, I taught English language and culture classes while conducting research on the role of public schools in post-war reconciliation. I worked closely with local educators and the regional education department to strengthen pedagogy and curriculum design, ensuring teaching approaches supported inclusion and community rebuilding. This experience deepened my understanding of education’s role in social cohesion and informed my long-term commitment to equitable learning systems.
